The past couple of days were spent outside of London while my class took an overnight trip to Stratford-Upon-Avon. We visited the homes of Shakespeare's family members, saw the room which he was born in, and visited the parish that he is buried inside. We also stopped at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre for a production of his play Othello.
This morning we completed our excursion with a trip to Warwick Castle for a chance to climb the many stairs and have a look around the grounds. The most time was spent in the peacock garden enjoying the flowers, the birds, and the fountain. Our only regret is not noticing the swan boats sooner (and also not putting on any sunscreen).
